St. Martin's Chamber Choir

Enlightenment A Cappella
With the prevalence of the basso continuo, the Baroque and Classical eras offer only sparse examples of truly a cappella choral music. Artistic Director Timothy Krueger has made a habit of collecting these rare gems, however, and presents some of his favorites, including works by Bach, Scarlatti, Doles, Lotti, Fux, Homilius, Zelenka, and many others, in this finale concert of St. Martin’s 15th season -- slated to be recorded as St. Martin’s 11th CD recording.
